You're 14 to 19. You live in the UK.
This programme exists for young people who've had to work harder than most to get this far. If opportunities have been thin on the ground for you, or life's thrown more at you than feels fair, you're exactly who we built this for.
You don't need straight As. You don't need a CV. You don't need to know what you want to do with your life.
You need to show up. We'll bring the rest.

How does it work?

Every week, one hour live with people who've built businesses, led teams, and made things happen. They tell you the stuff no one else does.
Another hour on your own time, working through activities that mean something.
Plus, a team challenge that stretches you. The kind that surprises you with what you can do.
By week ten, you'll have a plan for what's next, the confidence to start it, and £1,000 to make it real.
